Pro Bono

“Every lawyer, regardless of professional prominence or professional workload, has a responsibility to provide legal services to those unable to pay, and personal involvement in the problems of the disadvantaged can be one of the most rewarding experiences in the life of a lawyer”

Rule 46 of the ‘Standards of Professional Conduct and Etiquette‘ prescribed by the Bar Council of India   states that every advocate who is in practice should keep in mind that one who genuinely needs a lawyer is entitled to legal advice even though he cannot fully or adequately pay for the legal service so rendered and it is a lawyers duty to render such legal advice to the indigent and oppressed which is within his economic limits and he owes this responsibility to the society.

S S Global Law Firm shares this vision and by provides legal advice to people who cannot afford it.  We take up litigation cases of people who cannot afford to engage a lawyer when confronted with a legal problem.
