Ms. Sonia Saini is the Founding Member & Managing Partner of SS Global Law Firm. In addition to her pivotal role as the managing partner of the Firm, Ms. Saini is actively involved in advising leading multinational and companies on a wide range of legal matters and acting as a legal consultant for start-ups and companies for about 12 years.
Ms. Saini has a rich and diversified experience spanning over 10 years in the field of corporate, litigation & alternate dispute resolution. Her practice includes civil litigation, corporate commercial litigation and alternate dispute resolution.
During the course of her extensive career at the Bar, Sonia has appeared in numerous domestic and international arbitration cases ranging from complex & intricate construction contracts, sale of goods, letters of credit, transfer of technology and know-how agreements.
As a litigator, Sonia regularly represents various multinational and domestic corporations as well as nationalized banks and individual clients before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, ,other state High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal and Statutory Tribunals.
Sonia has obtained her Bachelors and Masters in Corporate Laws and is currently pursuing her research for completion of Ph.D. in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Law.
She is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi and the Delhi High court Bar Association since 2010.
