Who can register a Trademark?

A party (individual/ incorporated company/ LLP) who claims to be a rightful owner of a trademark which is to be registered as a trademark for the business can apply for the registration of trademark. A party may apply for the registration of trademark with the trademark office of under whose jurisdiction the applicant’s principal place of business lies.
